Important Information

Before you start your Application please read the following information:

Unique Student Identifier

This program requires students to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). The USI creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, even from different training organisations. This can be accessed online, anywhere, anytime.

If you have not yet obtained a USI you can apply for it directly here on your computer or mobile device.

You need to enter your USI as part of this Application.


Email Address

The email address you provide as part of this Application will be used for all correspondence. We recommend applicants use their own email address and that it is checked regularly.

Note: please do not use your school issued email address as this will expire when you finish school.


Identification

You need to provide an electronic copy of Birth Certificate/Passport/Australian Citizenship as part of this Application. A clear photograph of the document is sufficient.


Academic Suitability

As part of this Application you are required to provide an electronic copy of the following documents:
- Most recent school report
- Certificate IV or above Qualification (if applicable)
- State Issued Year 12 Certificate (if applicable)

Applicants who have not completed Year 12 or a Certificate IV or above Qualification may need to complete a Literacy and Numeracy Assessment. Details for this assessment will be sent individually to Applicants during the application assessment process.


Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for Australian College of Sport programs comprise an upfront payment for commencement and successful enrolment in six (6) elective Units of Study provided by elite mind experts Ikon Institute of Australia levied at $3,990 per enrolled unit. Payment of tuition fees can be deferred and paid upfront (or part deferred and paid up front), or paid up front. Please contact the Program Services Centre via admin@collegeofsport.edu.au or phone 1300 859 880 to discuss your Program's fees.

Eligible students can access a student loan from the Federal Government via the FEE-HELP (previously known as HECS) Scheme to complete the elective Units of Study of this Program and defer payment of these tuition fees, until you commence employment. For more information please click here.

Applications for the FEE-HELP Scheme are done via the online Government system (eCAF) once a student is enrolled in the Program.

Students who wish to access the FEE-HELP scheme require a Tax File Number (TFN). If you do not have a TFN, please apply for one now via this link

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

1. I agree to abide by the regulations, policies and rules of the Australian College of Sport [ACS] & the IKON Institute of Australia [IKON] as they may apply to me during my period of enrollment in this Program.

2. I understand that ACS & IKON comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and that information on how ACS & IKON will collect, use, disclose and manage my personal information is outlined in ACS's & IKON's Privacy Policies.

Disclosure Consent

An external person or body is engage to provide services or support to, or for, ACS & IKON, such as website hubs, database hosts, data backup service providers, and survey companies holding and/or processing my personal information on their IT systems on behalf of ACS & IKON, but only where there is a legal obligation in force between the external body or person and ACS & IKON to safeguard my information.

       iv. Disclosure is to accreditation or registration bodies relevant to my program of study to verify qualifications and experience.
